COCA-COLA AMATIL INDONESIA seeking for a young skilled & professional People industries to fulfillment the vacancies for Our Company as the following:


1. Sales Representative (Medan, Banda Aceh & Sabang)

Job Description :
  1. Build and maintain business relationship to existing and potential (new) customers
  2. Penetrate new products to customer in order to broaden sales potential increasing in relevance with GT channel strategies.
  3. Execute National and Local GT marketing program in outlet to increase sales.
  4. Communicate the credit platform & term of payment to outlet, and ensure the customer compliance on credit payment in GT channel in order to maintain account receivable management.
  5. Provide input to business in relation to opportunities (e.g. NOD) and customer feedback.
  6. Create availability of relevant SKU in outlets within GT channel by generating order to achieve sales potential.
  7. Educate customer to follow our recommended price, stock amount, CDE, and POSM standard (Picture of Success) for GT channel in order to ensure excellent daily sales & marketing execution.
  8. Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
  9. Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed.
Requirement :
  • Min. Diploma Degree (D3) from any disciplines
  • Fresh Graduate or max. 2 years working experience sales area
  • Selling, Account Development, Merchandising
  • Has Motorcycle & SIM C

2. District Sales Manager (Medan & Luar Kota)

Job Description :
  1. Develop sales target for GT channel in terms of sales volume & net sales revenue (NSR) target by route and clearly communicate to all designated team.
  2. Monitor and control the process of order generation, sales operation (price, discount, surcharge), and outlet’s Picture of Success accomplishment for GT channel in order to ensure excellent execution and sales target achievement, as well as reporting the update progress on activities to managers and facilitate communication from sales team to management.
  3. Conduct field monitoring and reporting on National and Local GT marketing program executed by Business Development Team in order to evaluate and ensure marketing program effectiveness
  4. Control credit on system and in-field as well as executing follow up action in order to maintain account receivable management
  5. Build and maintain business relationship to key customers within GT channel by conducting regular business review based on market observation feedback and relevant information in order to grow their business.
  6. Provide input to business in relation to opportunities (e.g. NOD) and customer feedback
  7. Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
  8. Manage subordinates and develop capability through setting and reviewing subordinates’ performance target, regular coaching and ensuring implementation of Individual Development Plan (IDP).
  9. Prepare, monitor, control the annual department budget to ensure expenditure is in line with the Business Plan
  10. Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken
Requirement :
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from any disciplines
  • Or D3 min. 2 years working experience sales area
  • Selling, Account Development, Merchandising
  • Has Motorcycle & SIM C
